It’s all about the right perspective and attitude.

Growing up abroad in Europe, Africa and Asia Minor allowed me to develop an appreciation and understanding of diverse cultures, and a resourcefulness and adaptability of character on which I draw when working in global, multi-cultural and diverse organisations.

Every experience and role I have held over the last 25 years has equipped and developed me as a coach. Whilst I have enjoyed the variety in my roles and I developed a strong business acumen and organisational understanding, I have always loved coaching.

Coaching really excites me – the opportunity to work with challenging individuals who achieve clarity of purpose, hone and focus their energy and then take action. It can be about making fairly small changes or epiphanies! Those ‘ah-ha’ moments, when an individual makes the connections, sees the bigger picture or gains an awareness that can potentially shift their performance or behaviour.
