My experience over the years, across several sectors, has led to the creation of a blend of models and theories to support your pursuit of continued and future success.
I have spent the last 15 years coaching senior executives and leaders through demanding and dynamic changes in their careers. I suspect you would relate to many of these changes. An example might be the pursuit of partnership, progression to a senior leadership role, a change in the span of responsibility from a UK to a global role. For most people, these changes present understandable stretch and we can work through these opportunities.
My focus is on you realising your potential. This requires me to get to know you, challenge you, encourage you to reflect on your behaviours and approach, so that you continue to thrive and succeed.
I adopt a direct but empathic style that enables a supportive and challenging relationship to develop. This allows you to explore a range of challenges, mindsets and options to shift or refocus your performance. Oh, and a good dollop of humour and heart contributes to making this fun as well!
I have been told that I have an astute ‘personal radar’ – I develop an awareness of a person’s style quickly. If you want a cosy ‘fireside chat’, I am not the coach for you.
